At Beco, we want you to love your new wardrobe additions, but if a fit isn't right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Beco account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
